Returns & Exchanges

At Woden, we strive for perfection, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Shipment

  Take your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point or schedule a home collection through the link in your return confirmation email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
